1. 引言

「宝贝积分」（以下简称「本应用」）由开发者 KidPoint 运营，我们作为个人信息处理者，负责本政策所述信息的处理。本应用面向家长或监护人，用于家庭场景下管理孩子的习惯、任务、奖励与积分。儿童不应独立使用本应用，请由监护人操作。

若您位于欧盟经济区（EEA）或英国，您可依据本政策第 7 条行使相关权利，并有权向当地数据保护监管机构投诉。

2. 我们收集与处理的信息

2.1 默认仅存于您设备本地

  • 孩子的昵称、头像（您选择的照片）、以及您可选填的出生日期；
  • 您记录的积分、任务、习惯、行为与奖励数据；
  • 用于关联本地数据与备份的设备标识（UUID）。

2.2 仅在您使用相应功能时上传至我们的服务器（nteam.cloud）

  • AI 育儿问答：您的提问，以及所选孩子的昵称、性别、月龄（由出生日期换算，不发送生日原文）与近期记录摘要；点击「结合我家习惯给建议」时，还会发送该孩子的习惯、任务与奖励设置。
  • 成长报告：用于生成报告的聚合行为、任务数据。
  • 意见反馈：您提交的反馈内容。

此外，若您开启云备份，您主动备份的数据将上传至下述第三方云服务。

2.3 第三方 SDK 处理的信息（在您同意后）

  • AdMob（Google LLC，海外开屏广告）：设备标识、IP 地址、广告互动数据。在 EEA/英国，我们在展示个性化广告前通过 Google UMP 征求您的同意；未同意时仅投放非个性化广告。
  • 友盟+（中国大陆的统计与开屏广告）：Android ID、设备型号、系统版本、网络类型。
  • 云备份：Apple iCloud（iOS），或华为 AppGallery Connect / Google Drive（Android），仅在您开启云备份时。
  • 华为 AppGallery Connect（AGC）认证服务、云存储（Cloud Storage）（华为软件技术有限公司，仅华为 Android 版本）
    收集的个人信息类型：AGC 为设备分配的匿名用户标识（UID）；您主动上传的备份文件内容（含孩子昵称、积分与任务等业务数据，经 gzip 压缩与 Base64 编码）；与已购商品关联的备份目录标识（由购买凭证派生的哈希值，不含完整支付卡号）；设备与网络信息（用于连接云存储）；软件安装列表（已安装应用列表）。
    收集目的：在高级版功能下，将您主动发起的备份保存至云端，并在换机或重装后恢复；维持匿名会话以读写您账号目录下的备份对象。其中软件安装列表为 AGC Cloud Storage SDK 内置声明，仅用于确认 HMS Core 等华为服务组件是否存在以确保功能可用，不读取第三方应用信息，亦不会上传该信息。
    收集方式：您同意本政策后，本应用可能在后台预热匿名登录；实际上传仅在您点击「备份到云存储」或开启自动云备份且满足条件时发生。
    存储地点与期限：数据存储于华为 AppGallery Connect 云存储，保留份数由应用内策略控制；您可在应用内删除备份或联系我们协助处理。

3. 处理目的与法律依据

  • 同意：展示广告、访问设备标识、向 AI 服务商发送数据。您可随时撤回同意（见第 7 条）。
  • 履行您请求的服务：云备份、订阅购买、生成报告与回答。
  • 合法利益：聚合统计、反作弊与服务稳定性，且不凌驾于您的权利之上。

我们不出售个人信息，也不使用儿童数据进行画像或定向广告投放。

4. AI 生成内容

「AI 育儿问答」的回答由自动化 AI 系统生成，仅供参考，不构成专业的医疗、心理或教育建议。生成回答前，第 2.2 条所述信息会发送至 AI 服务商（智谱开放平台）。请勿在提问中填写身份证号、住址、电话等敏感信息。

5. 数据存储与保留

  • 您设备本地的数据，保留至您删除或卸载应用。
  • 因 AI 问答 / 成长报告上传至服务器的数据，仅用于完成当次请求，不用于建立孩子的长期画像。
  • 第三方 SDK 的保留期限以其各自政策为准（见第 8 条链接）。

6. 信息共享与跨境传输

我们不出售您的个人信息。仅在以下情形共享或传输：经您同意；履行法定义务或司法、行政要求；与为实现功能所必需的第三方服务商共享。

我们的服务器与 AI 服务商可能位于您所在国家/地区之外（包括中国，以及 Google 广告服务所在的美国）。涉及向 EEA/英国以外传输个人信息时，我们依据欧盟标准合同条款（SCC）等适当保障措施，或在适用时取得您的明确同意。

7. 您的权利

您有权：查询、更正、删除本设备上的数据（通过应用内功能或卸载）；撤回同意（可清除应用数据后重新选择）；在系统设置中管理广告标识与权限；就第三方 SDK 的处理向相应服务商行使权利；删除云端备份（应用内「设置」或联系我们）。

若您位于 EEA/英国，依据 GDPR 第 15–21 条，您还享有：访问权、更正权、删除权（被遗忘权）、限制处理权、数据可携带权、反对权、撤回同意权，以及向当地监管机构投诉的权利。请发送邮件至下方邮箱，我们将在 30 日内回复。

8. 儿童隐私保护

本应用由家长/监护人操作，不会主动要求儿童直接提供个人信息。使用本应用即表示您确认自己是该儿童的家长或法定监护人，并代其同意本政策所述的处理。我们不会出售儿童数据，也不会据此建立广告画像。

1. Introduction

This app ("KidPoint" / "宝贝积分", "the App") is operated by the developer KidPoint. We act as the data controller for the processing described in this policy. The App is intended for parents / legal guardians to manage their children's habits, tasks, rewards and points in a family setting. Children are not expected to use the App independently.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may exercise the rights in Section 7 and lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

2. Data We Collect and Process

2.1 Stored only on your device by default

  • The child's nickname, avatar (a photo you choose) and any optional date of birth;
  • Points, tasks, habits, behaviors and rewards you record;
  • A device identifier (UUID) used to associate local data and backups.

2.2 Uploaded to our server (nteam.cloud) only when you use the feature

  • AI Parenting Q&A: your question plus the selected child's nickname, gender, age in months (derived from the date of birth; the raw date is not sent) and a recent activity summary. If you tap "Advise with my habits", that child's habits, tasks and reward settings are also sent.
  • Growth report: aggregated behavior/task data used to generate a report.
  • Feedback: the content you submit.

If you enable cloud backup, the data you back up is uploaded to the third-party cloud services below.

2.3 Processed by third-party SDKs (after you consent)

  • AdMob (Google LLC, splash ads outside mainland China): device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data. In the EEA/UK we request consent via Google UMP before personalized ads; otherwise only non-personalized ads are served.
  • Umeng (友盟+) (analytics and splash ads in mainland China): Android ID, device model, OS version, network type.
  • Cloud backup: Apple iCloud (iOS), or Huawei AppGallery Connect / Google Drive (Android), only when you enable it.
  • Huawei AppGallery Connect (AGC) Auth Service & Cloud Storage (Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd.; Huawei Android only)
    Data collected: the anonymous user identifier (UID) assigned by AGC; the backup content you actively upload (including the child's nickname, points and task data, gzip-compressed and Base64-encoded); a backup directory identifier linked to your purchased item (a hash derived from the purchase receipt, never a full card number); device and network information (to reach Cloud Storage); the list of installed apps (software installation list).
    Purpose: to store the backups you initiate in the cloud and restore them after switching devices or reinstalling, and to maintain an anonymous session for reading and writing objects under your own directory. The installed-app list is a built-in declaration of the AGC Cloud Storage SDK and is used solely to check whether Huawei service components such as HMS Core are present so that the feature works; it does not read information about third-party apps, and it is never uploaded.
    Manner of collection: after you consent, the App may warm up anonymous sign-in in the background; actual uploads happen only when you tap "Back up to cloud storage" or enable automatic backup and its conditions are met.
    Storage & retention: data is stored in Huawei AppGallery Connect Cloud Storage, with the number of retained copies controlled by in-app settings; you can delete backups in the App or contact us for assistance.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Consent — showing ads, accessing device identifiers, sending data to the AI provider. You may withdraw consent at any time (Section 7).
  • Performance of the service you request — cloud backup, subscription purchase, generating reports and answers.
  • Legitimate interests — aggregate statistics, fraud prevention and service stability, where these do not override your rights.

We do not sell personal data and do not use children's data for profiling or behavioral advertising.

4. AI-Generated Content

Responses in the AI Q&A feature are generated by an automated AI system and are provided for reference only; they are not professional medical, psychological or educational advice. Before generating an answer, the data described in Section 2.2 is sent to the AI provider (Zhipu AI / 智谱开放平台). Please do not include sensitive information (ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers) in your questions.

5. Storage and Retention

  • Data on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
  • Data uploaded for AI Q&A / reports is processed transiently for that request and is not used to build a long-term profile of your child.
  • Third-party SDK retention periods are governed by each provider's own policy (links in Section 8).

6. Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share or transfer it only: with your consent; to comply with legal obligations or judicial/administrative requests; or with third-party providers as necessary to deliver the features.

Our server and the AI provider may be located outside your country (including in China and the United States for Google advertising services). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or, where applicable, your explicit consent.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct or delete data on your device (via in-app features or by uninstalling), withdraw consent (by clearing app data and choosing again), manage advertising identifiers and permissions in system settings, exercise rights with third-party SDK providers, and delete cloud backups (in-app "Settings" or by contacting us).

If you are in the EEA/UK, under GDPR Art. 15–21 you also have the right to: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email us below and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is operated by parents/guardians and does not ask children to provide personal information directly. By using the App you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf to the processing described here. We do not sell children's data and do not build advertising profiles from it.
